Our story
Advance Medical Lab opened in Mission, Texas with a simple premise: the Rio Grande Valley deserves a high-quality independent laboratory that actually knows its patients and its providers. For too long, Valley residents relied on national chains that shipped samples out of the region, answered support calls with 1-800 numbers, and had no local accountability.
We built AML differently — with dedicated phlebotomy routes, same-day* turnaround, and a team that reflects the community we serve. Today we partner with home health agencies, nursing homes, hospice providers, and individual patients across Cameron, Starr, and Hidalgo counties.
